Vivian and Jon’s wedding day was one filled with family, friends and laughter.  While they were one of many couples whose wedding was affected by COVID-19 and almost decided on not having a wedding at all, they refused to allow a global pandemic stop them from living their dream wedding day.

The couple chose the Toronto wedding venue ‘The Manor’ by PeterandPauls which is not only a beautiful location, but when we found out that our Toronto wedding videography team working alongside a dream team of our close colleagues in the industry, we couldn’t have been more excited to be a part of their day.

We decided on the outdoor terrace area to have their first look, as it was intimate but also provided a beautiful scenic backdrop with its lush greenery.  You could literally feel the anticipation from Jon as Vivian made her way to greet her soon to be husband!  When their eyes met and Jon saw Vivian in her dress for the first time, it was almost like he fell in love all over again.

The bridal session that followed was also very fun and laid back.  The couple had so many cute interactions with each other that you can tell were all natural.  The bridal party even gave us a sneak peek at their special entrances that were planned for the evening.

The ceremony was held in the outdoor garden reception area that overlooks the pond.  It was an elegant ceremony surrounded by family and friends on a perfect fall afternoon.  There was something so heart-warming seeing Vivian’s mom walk her down the aisle and how proud she was.

As big NBA and basketball fans, it was great to see some fun themed details included, such as the custom basketball theme tailoring on the inside of Jon’s jacket and the unique NBA court guest board.

In the end, Vivian and Jon’s Toronto wedding film had it all.  From sharing fun intimate moments with their friends and family while getting ready, to an NBA all-star styled grand entrance and a reminder that we’re never too old to have a good time on the dance floor.  It was truly a memorable celebration that our Toronto wedding videographers were proud to have been able to film.
